As a family of Spanish and Cuban gastronomists, as soon as we arrived in Texas we decided to offer our experience in Spanish and Cuban cuisine, it took us almost 4 years, but it was not wasted time, it was time to search for products and suppliers according to our palate and Culinary customs, testing times (how to make Spanish chorizo in Texas, what is the best rice for the authentic Cuban congri ?, Because the grouper here is not as tasty as in Spain? Is the Maine lobster really that good? Where do they sell fish? fresh wild caught?...
...How to explain that Spanish food is not Mexican food? How to make Spaniards understand, especially Valencians, that in Latin America and the USA they have eaten paella for hundreds of years and it is that of their grandmothers, no that of the grandmothers of the Valencians ?, ....)
times in which our first project was unbelievably stopped by a hurricane and the second was delayed by a pandemic, so overcoming difficulties It is, by truck where we start.... in the end, only a year later, after a lot a heat and discomfort in that small truck, but grateful that it allowed us to publisize our menu and meet many of those who are today our most regular costumers... we finally got a brick and mortar restaurant, where we can offer you our humble and sincere contribution so that you can enjoy the gastronomy of our land, and feel in your own home almost almost as if you were sitting on a terrace of our old restaurants next to the Mediterranean or the Caribbean.
